"Joel from Essence Automations designed an amazing website for our hardware business. He also created a Google Business Profile and optimized it so well, Oloolua Hardware is now ranking number 2 in Ngong."
A yard website Google can rank, kept in step with your Jiji shop, Facebook and Instagram, and the ranking work that puts you beside the established yards. Plus a private dashboard for sales, deposits, balances and buyers. Built for Nairobi yards that run on WhatsApp.
Ksh 215,000 for the year, website included. Your cars loaded from Jiji in 3 days. Or Ksh 50,000 for the website, then from Ksh 15,000 a month.

Illustration of how it works
Type foreign used cars Hurlingham into Google. One yard comes up first, and it is not the biggest one. It is the one Google understands. A buyer reads that order as a verdict: the yard on page one looks established, the yard that is missing looks like it is not there. For most yards, Google has nothing of theirs to show except Jiji, so the buyer with money is shown the yard next door first. The website gives Google something of yours to rank. The ranking work moves it up, month by month, until you sit where the established yards sit.
Before anything is promised, we run the searches buyers in your area actually type and show you who is above you and why. That report is free and it is yours to keep.
Foreign used cars in your area, the makes you stock, the budgets people search by. You cannot rank for something you have no page about. We write them in your voice.
Google Business Profile, reviews, photos, opening hours. For a yard, the map is where the buyer with money looks first. The 5-star flow on the dashboard feeds it every week.
Where you ranked last month, where you rank now, what moved and what we are doing next. No jargon, no dashboard you have to learn.
Your Instagram grid is full of cars that sold months ago. Buyers see them, message you, and you spend the day saying "that one is gone". With Yard Manager a car marked Sold leaves the front page the same minute and moves to a Sold tab, a car with a deposit shows Reserved, and a buyer only ever asks about a car that is actually there.
The same cars you manage in the admin show up as a clean website buyers can browse. They open a car, swipe the photos, read the specs, and tap a button that opens WhatsApp with that car already in the message.
Today a buyer sends "bado iko?", your salesman asks "which one?", and the buyer goes hunting for a screenshot. On your site the tap sends "I'm asking about the 2020 Outback, Ksh 3.4M" with the link. No back and forth, no lost thread.
"Subarus under 3M" is one tap here. On Instagram they scroll 40 posts and give up. On Jiji they scroll everyone's Subarus, not yours.
Someone typing "Outback 2020 Nairobi" finds Jiji, not you. Your own site with your own cars is the only thing Google can rank under your name, and it is the link your Google Business Profile should point at.
Every car shows "or from about Ksh 57,500 a month" on your deposit, rate and term, plus an Ask about financing button. It is the first question half of Kenyan buyers have, answered on a car they would otherwise scroll past as too much.
Your whole yard on a link you drop in your bio, your Jiji profile or a buyer's chat. The front page is only cars in the yard. Sold ones sit under their own tab as proof you move cars, or you switch that tab off.
Most yards sell from an Instagram grid, a Jiji shop and a salesman's WhatsApp. It works, until the three stop agreeing with each other and a serious buyer walks. And none of the three puts your yard on Google.
Instagram never takes a post down. Buyers fall for a car that left three months ago, then lose interest in the ones you do have.
Every enquiry starts with the same question, and the answer is often no. That is time your salesman is not spending closing a real buyer.
Who paid what on which car, and how much is still owed, lives in a notebook and three chats. One wrong answer and a buyer feels cheated.
You stock on a hunch. You cannot see which cars people look at, which they ask about, and what they search for that you do not have.
You keep listing on Jiji and posting on Instagram the way you do now. Yard Manager reads your Jiji shop twice a day, brings new cars onto your website with all their specs and photos, and moves the ones whose ad has closed to the Sold tab. It reads your Facebook and Instagram posts too, so each car gets your full write-up, not the short one Jiji allows. You mark a car Sold or Reserved once, on your phone, and the website changes with it.
New listings arrive on the website by themselves, with make, year, mileage, gearbox and up to 12 photos. A closed ad marks the car sold. Your Facebook and Instagram posts fill in the full description.
Took a deposit? The car stays listed with an amber Reserved tag, so the next buyer knows someone is ahead of them. No double promises.
Two buttons on every car: Check availability and Book a viewing. Each opens WhatsApp with the exact car and price already in the message.
Your yard lives on your own web address, like youryard.co.ke. Jiji can change its rules and Instagram can suspend a page. Your site stays up.
This is the demo we take to yard visits. Every car on it came in from the yard's own Jiji shop, specs and photos included. Open it on your phone and tap around.
Want to see your own yard on it? Send me your Jiji shop link and I'll build a demo with your cars on it.
Send my Jiji linkNot all of them run car yards, but they all trusted us to build and deliver. Same hands building yours.
I looked for a car the way everyone does: Instagram grids, Jiji, WhatsApp. Find one you like, message the yard, wait. "Bado iko?" Too often the answer was "that one is gone", and the post was still up. By the third time you stop trusting the page, and you stop asking about the good cars they do have.
The yards were not lying. Their pages were just out of date, because nobody has time to take posts down, and the deposits, balances and buyers' numbers lived in a notebook and a salesman's phone.
So I built the thing I wished every yard had. It reads the Jiji shop, Facebook and Instagram they already keep, puts every car on a website they own, moves a car off the front page the minute it sells, and gives the owner one screen for sales, deposits, money owed and the people who bought. Every feature earned its place fixing something I ran into as a buyer, not one a developer imagined.
The result is a yard buyers can trust from their phone, and an owner who only ever gets asked about cars still in the yard.
Every yard gets its own branded website, plus the private dashboard that runs the yard. Most yards pay for the year: the website is included and the 12th month is on us.
Makes you more money from the cars you already have. It brings back buyers you would have lost, helps you buy cars cheaper, and chases the money you are owed.
Yard Manager makes more from the yard you already have. This brings more buyers to it, from Google. Viewings booking is in here too.
Only need the website? Paid once, yours for good.
Our promise: your cars loaded from your Jiji shop within 3 days of paying, or your next month is on us. Pay for the year and change your mind within 30 days? Full refund, no questions asked.
Your branded yard website on your own web address, like youryard.co.ke. Buyers filter by make, body and budget, open a car with up to 12 photos and the full spec sheet, and tap Check availability or Book a viewing with that exact car ready in WhatsApp. You add and edit cars yourself in a simple admin: photos, specs, price, Sold or Reserved. We build it, put it live and keep it online. No monthly fee for the website. The dashboard that runs the yard is in the plans above.
Know another yard? Refer them and you get a full month of the dashboard free when they join.
Everything that used to live in a notebook, a Jiji account and a salesman's WhatsApp. In one place, on your phone.
Your whole yard on your own web address. Buyers filter by make, body and budget, open a car with up to 12 photos and the full specs, and tap to ask about it on WhatsApp. Only cars in the yard are on the front page. Sold cars sit under their own tab, or nowhere, your choice.
Twice a day we read your Jiji shop. New cars land on your website with make, model, year, mileage, gearbox and up to 12 photos. A closed ad marks the car sold. Your Facebook and Instagram posts give each car its full description and features, the long version Jiji cuts off. Nothing to retype.
Every visit and enquiry on your website is tagged with where the buyer found you: Google, Facebook, WhatsApp Status, a link someone shared. Jiji buyers who phone you count too, with one tap when you note them down. Each month you see which place brought enquiries, viewings and sales, and which one you pay for that brings nothing.
Took a deposit? Tap Reserve, put in the date the buyer promised the balance, and the car shows an amber tag on the site. The dashboard counts the days. Past the date, the car is flagged, one tap nudges the buyer, one tap releases it back to sale. Sold? Tap Sold and it moves to the Sold tab.
Cars are paid in parts. Every payment goes on one running balance per car. The deposit you took at reservation carries over when the car sells. One tap sends a reminder or a receipt.
Sold this month and all time. Put in what you paid for the car, then duty and clearing, transport, detailing, ads and rent, and you see what you actually made on each car and on the yard, not what came in.
Everyone who bought, paid a deposit, or asked you to look out for something. Each with a number and what they want, like "Forester under 3.5M". One tap to WhatsApp them.
A buyer picks a day and a time on the car itself, Monday to Saturday, and it is held for them. It lands in your Viewings list with who is coming, for which car and when. On the day, one tap sends them a reminder with your map pin. Afterwards, tap who came and who did not.
Cut a price on one car or a batch. The website shows the old price struck out and the new one in red, with a Price drops filter for bargain hunters.
New arrivals this week, or a price drop, or one car, to your client book. Filter to people who wanted a Forester. One tap per person, from your own phone, so your number stays safe. Every new car also gets a ready-made WhatsApp Status picture, your photos with the price and specs, and its link counts who it brings in.
Which cars people view most, ask about most, and want to come and see. Plus what they searched for and did not find, which is your next shopping list.
Twice a day we check every car in your yard against the same make, model and year on Jiji, and show you the gap in your dashboard. One tap cuts a car to the going rate. Buyers never see any of it, it is your read on the market, not theirs.
A buyer who cannot find what they want taps "tell me when one comes in" and says what they are after. When a matching car lands in the yard it shows on your screen with one tap to message them, before the car even goes on Jiji.
Someone messages about a car sitting in your yard. Put their name on that car. When the price comes down, when it is still there a fortnight later, or when it sells, one tap goes back to them and the message already knows which of those happened.
"Sell us your car" on your website, and a trade-in offer on every car in the yard. Photos, mileage, asking price, all in one form. Each offer arrives priced against the same car on Jiji, so you see the room in it before you reply. The seller sees straight away what cars like theirs are listed for, which is what gets the form finished.
A buyer wants a car you do not have. "Order a car" on your site takes what they want and their budget, and it lands in your dashboard. You quote it, take a deposit, bring it in, and move it along: ordered, shipped, landed, delivered. A car ordered is sold before it reaches the yard.
Every car shows a monthly figure. When a buyer taps Ask about financing, they leave their number and the deposit they can put down, and the lead lands in your dashboard with the car, the price and the figure they saw. One tap calls them. One tap sends it to your bank or finance partner.
Your own rating page. Five stars goes straight to your Google review link. Anything less lands in your private inbox instead, so you hear it and fix it before it becomes a public one star. One tap asks each buyer, by name, for the car they bought.
Jiji, Facebook, Instagram, the website, deposits, the buyers waiting, the cars you are bringing in and the finance leads all talk to each other. No more juggling a notebook, three chats and your memory.
Your yard could be online tomorrow. I build it from your Jiji shop, with your cars loaded within 3 days.
Set up my yardIf a salesman minds the yard for you, this is how you stay in control without standing over him.
Every sale is on the Sales screen with the price, the date and the buyer. No closing-time phone call to ask "how did we do?"
A deposit taken on the Reserve screen is on the car's balance from that moment. The notebook cannot go missing.
Every buyer and deposit holder is saved to your yard with their number. If a salesman moves on, your client book stays right where it is.
Your team signs in with a staff password. They add cars and mark them sold or reserved. Profit, buying prices and money owed only show for you.
Straight from a live yard's admin, running on a phone. The money, names and numbers are hidden here for the yard's privacy.

We do the heavy lifting. You get a working yard website you can run from your hand.
That is all we need to start. We pull every car in with its specs and photos, set up your website and branding, and put it on your own web address.
A private login for you, and a staff login for your salespeople if you want one. We walk you through marking a car sold, taking a deposit and messaging buyers.
New cars come in from Jiji by themselves, with the full write-up from your Facebook and Instagram posts. You mark them sold as they go, record payments as they land, and check your numbers from anywhere. We stay on call.
Same system underneath, shaped for how that business actually works.

Your own yard website on your own web address, like youryard.co.ke. Buyers filter by make, body and budget, open a car with up to 12 photos and the full specs, and tap to enquire with that exact car ready in WhatsApp. You add and edit cars yourself in the admin. Jiji, Facebook and Instagram sync, where cars come in from your Jiji shop by themselves with the full write-up from your posts, is part of the monthly plan. We build it, put it live and keep it online. The website has no monthly fee. The dashboard for sales, deposits, buyers and marketing is the monthly plan, from Ksh 15,000.
Keep both, they bring the buyers. But neither puts your yard on Google. When a buyer types "foreign used cars Kilimani", Google shows the yards with their own website first. Jiji ranks Jiji, not you, and Instagram does not rank at all. Your own site is the only thing Google can rank under your name, and the ranking work builds on it until you sit where the yards above you sit today. It also shows only what is in the yard, lets a buyer filter to a Forester under 3.5M in two taps, and puts the enquiry in your WhatsApp with the car attached. And the sales, deposits and buyer records live nowhere else.
On the monthly plan, no. We read your Jiji shop twice a day. New listings come in with make, model, year, mileage, gearbox, fuel and up to 12 photos. A car whose Jiji ad has closed is marked sold. Your Facebook and Instagram posts give each car its full description and features, the long version Jiji cuts off. You can also add a car by hand with photos straight from your phone. On the website alone, you add and edit cars yourself in the admin.
You tap Reserve on the car, enter the buyer, the deposit and the date they promised the balance, and the car shows an amber Reserved tag on the site so the next buyer knows someone is ahead of them. Your dashboard counts the days it has been held. If the promised date passes, the car is flagged, and one tap sends the buyer a nudge. When it sells, the deposit is already counted on the balance. If the buyer walks away, tap Release and it goes back on sale, with the deposit still on the car's record.
Yes. "Order a car" on your website takes what they want and their budget, and the order lands in your dashboard. You confirm the spec, quote a landed price, take a deposit, and bring the car in. The dashboard tracks it from ordered to shipped to landed to delivered, and the buyer gets a WhatsApp at each step in one tap. It is the best sale a yard makes: the car is sold before it arrives, so it never sits on the lot.
Buyers never see it. It is yours alone, in your dashboard. Twice a day we search Jiji for the same make, model and year as each of your cars, one year either side and the same condition, and take the middle asking price of what comes back. You see how your car sits against it and can cut to that figure in one tap. Two honest limits worth knowing: the middle price comes from the first page of Jiji results, and a higher trim gets compared to the base model, so a car that looks dear may just be the better spec. That is exactly why it stays a number you read and act on, not a claim on your website.
No. The site shows an estimate worked from a deposit, rate and term you set, clearly marked as an estimate and not an offer. It exists so a buyer stops scrolling past a car they assumed was out of reach. When they tap Ask about financing they leave their number and the deposit they can manage, and that lands in your dashboard with the car and the figure they saw. You call them, or send the lead to whichever bank or partner you already use in one tap. Their WhatsApp is one tap away too if they would rather chat now.
Yes. Staff get their own password. They add cars, mark them sold or reserved and see enquiries. Profit, buying prices, money owed and expenses only show for the owner.
Two things. Google ranking work every month: we run the searches buyers in your area type, write the pages you are missing, work the map listing, and send you a plain report of where you rank and who is above you. And viewings. On the Ksh 15,000 plan a buyer taps Book a viewing and it opens WhatsApp, and you agree a time in the chat. On the Ksh 25,000 plan the buyer picks a day and time on the website itself, it lands in your Viewings list, and one tap sends them a reminder before they come.
The website stays up, it's yours, and you keep adding cars yourself in the admin. If you stop the monthly plan, the Jiji, Facebook and Instagram sync stops and your dashboard pauses and we keep your data safe. Nothing is deleted. Pay again and everything switches back on exactly as you left it, sales history and client book included.
No. It all runs on the phone you already have, and we set everything up for you. If you can use WhatsApp and Jiji, you can run this.
Yes. Split it into 2 installments of Ksh 25,000 each: the first to start the build, the second when the site goes live.
Send us your Jiji shop link on WhatsApp. We'll show you where your yard ranks today, who is above you, and your own yard set up live with your cars. You decide if it's for you. No pressure.
